BoxerciseTuesday 6.00pm - 7.15pm
Combines cardioscular fitness, coordination and strength. Based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. The only physical contact involved is in the use of pad work. A great class for all round fitness.
 
CircuitsFriday 6.00pm - 7.00pm
Sunday 11.00am - 12.00noon
An exellent way to develop both strength and cardiovascular endurance. Each exercise trains a different muscule group.
 
Bums, Tums & ThighsTuesday 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Thursday 6.00pm - 7.00pm
This class is designed to train all of those hard to get areas. Firming stomach muscles, and toning buttocks, hips and thighs. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
 
Body ConditioningThursday 7.00pm - 8.00pm
Set at a pace to suit all fitness levels Combines cardiovascular and resistance training. Involves pad and bag work.
