KK Sports CentreBoxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross training available today. It combines endurance and cardiovascular fitness in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sport-specific senses, hand-eye coordination, balance and timing.

 

Based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. The only physical contact involved is in the use of pad work.
