Prices: All classes - £4 for a casual session, £2.50 for Discounted Members, Free for Full members. Kids classes (Boxing and Football) will be £3 per child.

Body Conditioning

Set at a pace to suit all levels of fitness. Combines cardiovascular & resistance training with interval training. Perfect class to burn fat and tone up. Also involves pad and bag work. Fun exciting and extremely effective

Thursday 7pm - 8pm
Bums, Tums and Thighs

A class specifically tailored to attack those stubborn areas that women hate. Lifts buttocks, shapes thighs and tightens stomachs. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Ladies only so you feel at your best.

Boxercise

The best stress buster all around! Best form of cross-training. This class combines anaerobic and aerobic work along with some toning and strengthening exercises for an amazing total body workout. Our Boxercise instructor makes the classes fun, so your workout will be enjoyable, addictive and extremely effective. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Tuesday 6pm - 7.15pm

Kids Football

Kids football includes drills & skills, basic coaching, football matches and fun & games. The sessions are suitable for all levels of ability for kids aged 6-12. Sessions are just £3.

Saturday 1.30pm - 2.45pm

Our boxing specialist has designed this class to offer young people discipline, confidence and stamina. Work on stance & footwork, movement, pivoting, basic punches, combinations, hand eye co-ordination, core stability, confidence and stamina. Plus lots of games to keep them entertained. For children aged between 6-12 years. This is not covered by our Membership Packages and will cost £3 a session per person. This is an ideal opportunity for your kids to progress in to an Olympic sport at competition level.

Ladies Only

This is a time frame we have reserved for ladies only, where you can use the gym and the sauna facilities at your own leisure

ABA registered. Boxing has the potential to turn lives around by providing focus and an outlet for pent up aggression. It is the ultimate body workout, providing challenges and benefits. Work on stance & footwork, movement, pivoting, basic to advanced punches, combinations, hand eye co-ordination, core stability, confidence and stamina. Abave all you will have the chance to go all the way to competition level with us in our specialized field.
